U.S. man, 16 women arrested in Santiago online sex site
DominicanToday.com – Santiago’s Prosecutor today announced the arrest of 19 people including a U.S. citizen and a Colombian, charged with running a porno site and of recruiting girls from universities in this city and in the capital, to perform sexual acts for European and American online customers.

Yeni B. Reynoso said in coordination with the Police High-tech Crimes Unit and other agencies raided the business Dominican Republic Media Ventures located on Las Carreras avenue Thursday night and detained a guard, the foreign administrators, and 16 women for questioning, who were reportedly paid up to 45,000 pesos monthly or around 50 dollars daily.

The Office of the Prosecutor added that seized in the raid were vibrators, body creams, several computers, Webcams, mattresses and flyers, which were handed out during the carnival last Sunday.
