According to the annual quality of living report from MERCER the Dominican Republic is almost at the bottom. This is not excactly the kind of information that helps getting people to move to the DR or investing in real estate in the Dominican Republic. Only the residential resort Casa de Campo are currently offering quality living on a high level.
