PuntaPerla.org - Where did that frontman come from? Is he the new ghost in the project....
In connection with the newsletter of November 2009 from Punta Perla, Dominican Watchdog has tried to investigate who is behind the new website PuntaPerla.org. The 2 Billion dollar development by Ricardo Miranda is now operating from a EURO 300 per month business center address in Madrid.

What ever is going on and why this new small estate agent in Madrid is now the frontman/woman for the Punta Perla development is not clear.
 
What is clear is that Dominican Watchdog strongly advice that no money is paid to any estate agent involved in Punta Perla before:
 
1. The real ownership is established and all titles issued to the rightful owners.
 
2. A professional sales office has been established on the Punta Perla premises.
 
3. All the millions of Dollars paid into the project from buyers around the world has been accounted for and secured into escrow accounts.
 
4. A consumer protection title guarantee agreement has been established between Stewart Tittle Guarantee in the Dominican Republic and any investor or buyer in Punta Perla, Dominican Republic.
