Ferrari 458 Italia in mega crash in Dominican Republic
A Ferrari 458 Italia must be one of the rarest sights on the Caribbean island of Dominican Republic. What’s likely to be even rarer is a wrecked Ferrari 458 Italia. A reader at Enlacosa spotted this accident in Santo Domingo outside a Krispy Kreme!

The driver was showing off to a girl when he lost control and crashed into a lightpole and then a tree. Alcohol was the cause as the driver left a nightclub with two other 458 Italia’s. More photos in the end of this article.

Dominican Watchdog Note: This accident demonstrates the exact problem the Dominican Republic has. A few rich families have all the money and a selection of luxury cars you will not even find in a developed country. While these families can afford to crash rare Farrari's, 70% of the population go hungry to bed. I say, kick President Leonel out of the country. Stop all international help and tax the rich. Jail the corrupt government officials and try to make a civilized country out of the DR.

Instead of bringing hard currency to these morons, tourists should boycott the Dominican Republic!!

Many of the rich families don't pay tax on luxury cars, but buy them from corrupt politicians as the stories below shows. The Farrari in the picture had NO NUMBER PLATE, not even a screw holes where it was supposed to be mounted, the rich don't care and the police don't dare to stop them:

New Leonel scandal, Luxury government apartments

How much did the 180 luxury apartments off Mirador del Sur Park cost taxpayers? The press has not received an answer yet, but each apartment has 3 parking spaces. In what civilized country does a government official have 3 cars? Leonel's government is completely out of control.......
