BREAKING NEWS - DominicanToday.com has altered article about HRH Prince Albert of Monaco.

The original picture from the article in DomincianToday, December 29, 2008 of HRH Prince Albert of Monaco together with  Dominican President Lionel Fernandez on the Punta Perla development land in December last year, has been removed from the article with in the last 24 hours. Now there is just a picture of the old Marina - not even the New Marina design...!!! What is going on here?

Furthermore the text has been altered - HRH Prince Albert of Monaco is no longer a partner in Punta Perla with his investment company, so his Majesty will NOT be bringing any money into the project as stated in the original article. Dominican Watchdog is led to believe that HRH Prince Albert of Monaco was used in a huge scam, to extract more money from investors into this complete "White Elephant" development project, that will probably end up as the biggest ever real estate scandal in the Caribbean.

Here is the original picture and text from the article in DominicanToday.com

Dominican Watchdog also believes that all the talk about titles and confotor is just a political smoke screen. The real value of that land - tittle or no tittle - would never be able to recover just 10% of all the deposits taken from investors!!! Who would invest in Punta Perla today, when they can just walk down the street and make "the deal of the year" with Cap Cana, which has all the infrastructures and is in a desperate financial situation? And build a new marina in Punta Cana - WHY? there is no NEED as there are not even 10 yacht in the one Cap Cana has(almost) done!(I will explain why another day - but the biggest mistake Cap Cana did was not allowing full public access of tourists to the marina - Hard Rock Cafe should have been in the Marina - that Mall was not needed if Cap Cana had opened up the Marina - Cap Cana have to move the security point and open the marina to the public to bring life in, and the whole Punta Cana area will gain from that).

Dominican Watchdog is happy to see HRH Prince Albert of Monaco was not involved in Punta Perla because, then I would have to re-think my personal view of our European Monarchs, if their financial adviser would have missed the due-diligence on Punta Perla!

Dominican watchdog is currently preparing an email to the Serious Fraud Office in the UK, who is investigating  Oceanview Properties and the involvement of Mr. Miranda. Dominican Watchdog will advice them to contact DominicanToday for the original article and photo, since Dominican Watchdog is of the opinion that the article was only created to scam more investors!

Here is our email this morning to The Royal Palace in Monaco:

The Royal Palace,
Monaco,

Do not misunderstand my last email - I repeat, it is NOT Prince Albert of Monaco that the Dominican Watchdog is after!

Apparently the original article of DEC 29th with the photo of HRH Prince Albert of Monaco's together with the President of the Dominican Republic in the online newspaper DominicanToday.com has been removed and the text altered.

Dominican Watchdog believe that HRH Prince Albert is an offer in a huge SCAM, as mentioned in my first contact to the Royal Palace.

This is a serious offense and many investors has been led to believe that HRH was blessing the Punta Perla project.

I have no interests in damaging the fine image of HRH Prince Albert of Monaco. That is why I contacted The Palace Yesterday.

I urge the Palace to issue a statement about the facts on your website and to trough the International press agency.

Powerful people in the Dominican Republic easily have the "access" to alter old articles, or "ensure" that certain news are not made public! - not a good sign for investors!

I will not post any press release before it has been revived by the Royal Palace for comments-

Again my interest was only to protect the HRH Prince Albert form a group of tinted businessmen!
